Welcome to SneakySave, a hobby project that allows users to upload Sneaky Sasquatch save files (Sneaky Sasquatch is a registered trademark of RAC7 Games). Please note that SneakySave is in no way affiliated with RAC7 Games. By accessing or using SneakySave, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our service.

1. Service Description

SneakySave provides a platform where users can upload their Sneaky Sasquatch save files. Users are encouraged to share their saves for analysis and community engagement. SneakySave is a hobby project and operates independently from RAC7 Games.

2. User Responsibilities

Users must act responsibly and civilly while using the service. Specifically, you agree to:

• Be careful when uploading sensitive data, as much of the information may become public.
• Avoid uploading saves that contain profanity or other offensive content in any customizable aspects of the game.
• Refrain from uploading any adult content, illegal content, or content that may infringe on the rights of others.
• Ensure that any inputted user data is related to the service and does not contain advertising. Usernames cannot be misleading and inpersonate others.
• Avoid uploading any content that may be considered illegal in your country.

3. Intellectual Property

You retain ownership of your save files; however, by uploading them, you acknowledge that much of this data may become publicly available. You should only upload content that you are comfortable with making public. SneakySave reserves the right to use uploaded saves for marketing purposes.

Please do not upload the following:

a) Cheated or edited saves, including save editing, hacks, or any similar modifications.
b) Saves that have been similarly altered in ways that provide an unfair advantage.
c) Saves that are not your property.

4. Prohibition on Automated Use

Automating the use of our APIs (such as scraping) is strictly prohibited. While Cloudflare is in place to help prevent such activities, any attempt to automate the checking or use of our system will result in an immediate account ban.

5. Limitation of Liability

SneakySave is provided on an "as-is" basis, and we are not liable for any issues related to the service. As a hobby project, we may discontinue the service at any time without prior notice, and you acknowledge that we assume no responsibility for any problems that may arise from the use of the service.

6. Termination of Service

SneakySave reserves the right to terminate your access to the service for any reason, at our sole discretion. If you comply with these Terms & Conditions, you should have no issues.

7. Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of the United States. Any disputes arising from these terms will be handled in accordance with U.S. laws.

8. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms & Conditions from time to time. Users are responsible for monitoring this page for any changes. Your continued use of the service after any changes indicates your acceptance of the new terms.
